Minimum Requirements for Treasurer & WEB Master/Arbiter Administrator
Baseball	Basketball	Football	Soccer	Softball	Volleyball	Wrestling

Treasurer:

1. Basic Accounting Skills.

2. COMPLETE knowledge of QuickBooks and all its features.

3. Knowledge of IRS implications including all related forms.

WEB Master/Arbiter Administrator:

1. Basic WEB, HTML, FTP, skills.

2. Knowledge of WEB site maintenance to include backup, copyright laws and domain ownership.

3. Complete knowledge of The Arbiter from a USER perspective and the ability to learn Administrator function ASAP.
